Breakfast Recipe:Banana and Berry Porridge


Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Chef de Cuisine, Pullman Gurgaon Central Park gives an extremely quick recipe for Banana and Berry Porridge



Ingredients :
40g Quaker Porridge Oats
150ml Toned Milk
½  Banana, mashed
75g Blueberry Compote

Method:
1.       Place the oats, milk and banana in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
2.       Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.       Stir in the blueberries compote and serve.
